About My Services

I’ve represented clients on purchases of residential and investment property in all areas of San Diego County and Riverside County, and developed purchase and sales plans for most types of real estate and many different clients.

My Background

I’m one of the 10% of folks in this area that were actually born here!  My experience includes project management of multi-million dollar construction projects…which just a “large-scale” version of planning and managing every Real Estate transaction.  My family has been involved in one aspect or another of the Real Estate business since I was a kid…so I have seen many different situations and have broad experience in negotiations and transactions.

When I get some time off you can find me outdoors…fishing and hiking are my two favorites…and when I can combine them in a beach camping and fishing trip to Mexico things are GOOD!

My education includes a B.S. from UCSD, Summa Cum Laude…and years of experience in rebuilding and renovating homes…so when we’re looking at the changes you want to make  I can speak from personal experience!
